Mentor-mentee pairs
We match mentor-mentee pairs based on goals and interests. 90% of the program focus is on 1:1 work
Community work
Mentoring pairs don't work in a vacuum. Goals are set and followed up via 1:1 work, but collaboration is also expected across the whole program. We will support you no-matter if you are a mentor, mentee and in which pair you are in.
Self-improvement and soft skills
In conjunction to domain skills and goal, mentees usually work on more general topics and overall being a better human being
